An evening that celebrates the romance between Food, Wine and Music.
On February 11th 2023 - An exquisite love affair took place at The Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn and Spa. A welcoming reception and a five course wine pairing menu was specially crafted by world renowned Michelin Three Star Chef Alvin Leung for the occasion. His co-host Ms. Patti Austin highlighted the evening by integrating her music and live performances, as she echoes the love between Chef Alvin's creations.
