On February 18th 2024 - An exquisite love affair will take place at Robert Mondavi Winery’s Arch and Tower. A red-carpet welcoming reception, a five course wine pairing collaboration by world renowned Michelin Three Star Chef Alvin Leung & Executive Chef Jeff Mosher of Robert Mondavi Winery for the occasion. Renowned Hong Kong vocalist Mr. Chris Wong will augment the evening by his compositions and live performances, as he echoes the love between Chef Alvin's and Chef Mosher’s creations.
Chef Jeff Mosher
As a child, Jeff Mosher’s parents gave him the choice to cook or do the dishes. The decision was easy, and in turn, launched him on a trajectory towards the culinary industry. Mosher moved to San Francisco in 1997 and worked at the E and O Trading Company, followed by time in the kitchens of Clouds, North Star, and Campton Place, serving four-star contemporary French cuisine under chefs Laurent Manrique and Daniel Humm.
Demon Chef Alvin Leung
His X-treme Chinese cuisine is a definite art form. Leung took his unique and dedicated professional approach to his cooking and became one of Hong Kong’s most celebrated hosts. His innovative approach to food, which includes using traditional ingredients in extraordinary new ways, made his cuisine a definite art form. Currently reigning fifteen in Top 50 Best Restaurants in the World and Michelin Two Star status –Bo Innovation remains one of the hottest dining experience in town.

Chris Wong
Chris Wong Hoi Kan 黃凱芹; is a popular cantopop singer-songwriter and renowned air talent for love songs in Hong Kong. In the 1980s, he began his career as a DJ at RTHK. Before leaving Hong Kong's entertainment sector and heading abroad, he established himself as a singer-songwriter. Graduated from Chinese University of Hong Kong – with a bachelor degree in Fine Arts and English Besides being a great singer and song writer - Christopher is also fond of spatial and interior design.
